General terms and conditions

1. the guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room/apartment has been ordered and confirmed verbally or in writing, or if a confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints, has been made available.

2. a free cancellation of the booked rooms is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival. After that, cancellation costs can be claimed (80% of the room price, 90% for apartment or holiday flat) if no compensation is possible. This also applies to late arrival and early departure. For this we recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
The hotelier is obliged in good faith to allocate unused rooms to other guests if possible in order to avoid cancellations.

3. arrival and departure: The reserved rooms are available on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. and on the day of departure until 10.30 a.m.

4. suggestion for dog owners: we kindly ask you to book in time, as we only have a limited number of rooms with pets available. We charge 10,00 € per day.

5. you can settle your bill with us in cash or by EC card.
We do not accept credit cards.

6. shuttle service: only according to availability (we ask for registration at least 2 days before arrival and departure) Price per person 5,00 €

7. all rooms are equipped with bath or shower / WC, TV, partly radio alarm clock, direct dial telephone, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

8. our arrangements are only valid for a limited number of rooms.

9. the Hüttmann is open for you all year round

10. please note that our house only has a limited number of parking spaces. Alternative parking spaces are located about 250 m away.

11. changes and errors excepted.
